Consent to Using Electronic Signatures

Thank you for choosing Signus.ai. This Consent and Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") describes your rights, responsibilities, and the terms governing your consent to electronically receive, sign, and manage records and agreements ("Communications") through Signus.ai's electronic agreement platform (the "Service").

Definitions

"Signus.ai," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Signus Solutions Inc., its affiliates, successors, and assigns.
"You" and "your" refer to the individual or authorized representative consenting to electronic records and signatures through Signus.ai.
"Communications" include any documents, disclosures, notices, agreements, forms, authorizations, certificates, receipts, or records presented to you electronically via Signus.ai.
"Transaction" refers to any specific business, consumer, or legal matter you are addressing through the Signus.ai platform.

By electronically indicating your consent (e.g., checking the box provided), you explicitly agree:

To electronically receive, access, review, and retain Communications provided through Signus.ai.
That electronic signatures provided through Signus.ai hold the same legal validity and enforceability as handwritten signatures.
That electronic Communications fulfill all legal requirements for "written" documents.

Your consent covers the specific Transaction you are involved in, as well as future Transactions managed via Signus.ai. This consent does not obligate Signus.ai or other parties to exclusively use electronic documents or signatures. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to deliver Communications in paper format and require handwritten signatures.

Right to Obtain Paper Copies

You may request paper copies of any electronically delivered Communications by contacting the Signus.ai customer support team at support@signus.ai. Clearly specify the Communications you require. A reasonable fee may apply, and you will be informed of such charges beforehand.

Technical Requirements

To access and retain Communications electronically, ensure you have:

A valid email address;
A device with an active internet connection (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone) and updated operating system;
Current versions of commonly used web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge);
Software to view and save PDF files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader);
The capability to print or store electronic documents.

For optimal use of Signus.ai, configure your device to accept cookies and JavaScript.

Updating Contact Information

You are responsible for providing current and accurate contact information. Update your contact details through your Signus.ai account or contact support@signus.ai.

You may withdraw consent to electronic Communications and signatures prior to completing your Transaction by:

Clicking "Decline" within the Signus.ai platform when prompted; or
Contacting our customer support team at support@signus.ai prior to finalizing your Transaction.

Withdrawal of consent might require completing the Transaction via paper, potentially causing delays. Withdrawal of consent for one Transaction does not impact consent for other Transactions unless explicitly stated.

Record Retention

Electronically signed and managed Communications are securely stored and accessible through your Signus.ai account. We recommend downloading or printing Communications for your personal records.

Representations and Acknowledgments

By providing your consent, you confirm that you:

Have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement;
Are authorized to provide consent on behalf of involved parties;
Fulfill the technical requirements outlined above;
Will promptly notify Signus.ai of any difficulties accessing or viewing electronic Communications.
